How do I register for the conference?

Is there a cost to attend? What does the registration fee include?
Evening sessions are free. There is a registration fee to attend day sessions as well as costs associated with add-ons such as the Catalyst Track.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We are accepting debit/credit card payments.
What is the theme of this year’s conference?
The theme of this year's conference is the Reign of the King of Life, based on Revelation 22:1-2.
When and where is the conference taking place?
The conference is taking place at Hope Christian Church, starting with an evening service on Wednesday, February 25th, and concluding with the morning service on Sunday, March 1st.
What is the Catalyst Track?
The Catalyst Track is a 3-day leadership experience (Thursday-Saturday) within the River Conference designed to accelerate pastors, innovators, creatives, and emerging leaders. Participants will receive focused teaching, prophetic ministry, and practical training to help them lead with integrity, excellence, and the presence of God. If you're ready to grow in authority, sharpen your voice, and impact culture for Christ, Catalyst is for you.
Note: The Catalyst Track is an add-on/upgrade to the general River Conference. Registration for the Catalyst Track is now closed.
The Catalyst Track session on February 26th is from 1pm - 5pm, and the Catalyst Track sessions on February 27th - 28th are from 11am - 1pm.

Is the conference open to the public or only church members?
The conference is open to the public, though registration is required for day sessions and the Catalyst Track.
Is there a dress code?
Dress comfortably!
Will any meals be provided?
General registration does NOT include meals.
Lunch will be provided for Catalyst Track participants only (on Friday, February 27th and Saturday, February 28th). Registrants can also select the "Evening Onsite Dinner" add-on to receive dinner prior to the evening sessions on Friday, February 27th and Saturday, February 28th. Dinner will not be provided otherwise.
Will there be a group discount?
The group discount is now unavailable.
Will the conference be streamed?
The evening sessions will be streamed to the public for free on Hope Christian Church's YouTube Page. If you cannot attend the day sessions in person, streaming-only registration is available at a cost here. The streaming-only registration includes all day sessions, excluding Catalyst Track sessions.
What happens if I purchase a streaming registration and later decide to come in person?
If you decide to attend the conference in person after purchasing your streaming registration, you will not be provided with a refund for the streaming registration and may be charged for attending in person.
What happens if I purchase an in-person registration and later decide to stream the conference?
If you decide to stream the conference after purchasing your in-person registration, you will not be provided with a refund for the in-person registration. For a discounted streaming pass, contact the church office (see Contact tab).
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
All paid event fees at Hope Christian Church are non-refundable but transferable. There are no exceptions to this policy. Event registrations may only be transferred within 48 hours of the event's first day.

Is childcare provided during the conference?
Childcare will not be provided during the conference outside of Sunday, March 1st.
Can families attend together, or are sessions separated by age group?
Families have the option to attend together, as sessions are not separated by age group.
